SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

 

All goods are sent by most economical postage, and pricing is dependent on the weight of the goods.

Wine is shipped by courier direct from New Hall Wines and each customer will receive and email confirmation from the courier when shipped.  

Please note that during the Coronavirus restrictions, delivery will take longer as the staff are in the office irregularly.  Therefore, please allow 7 – 10 days for orders to be processed at present.

First day covers and stamps may be ordered but will not become available until 1st January 2021.

 

Please note items ordered and paid for manually will not be shipped until payment is received.

Tax

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate in the UK.

​

Please be aware that if you are ordering goods for delivery anywhere other than the UK, the customer is responsible for any import taxes due on delivery.

 

Returns policy

 

Faulty Goods will be automatically replaced by the staff in the SIGBI Trading Limited HQ.

Exchanges are permissible if the incorrect goods have been sent or ordered in error.

 

Replacement goods will only be sent once the damaged or incorrect goods are returned to the SIGBI Trading Limited HQ office.

Artisan Soul Products

​

The products are exclusively handcrafted by several artisans, hence the designs may have a slight alteration and there might be some irregularities due to the handcrafting processes. The product shipped will be same as shown in the picture however, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown, due to the nature of photography and monitor colour settings.
